  • Old, Old, Old Clothes

Today as I was doing the laundry (yes, I’m not a total neanderthal), I realized that one of my tank tops is 18 years old.  I actually remember getting it in 1990…and I still wear it.  I don’t wear it in public though because I just use it for sleeping. The edges are frayed and there are a few holes, but it’s still relatively intact.  My shirt is actually older than some of my friends’ children.  I think maybe I better clean out my closet pretty soon.

  • hahahaha. I do the laundry, but M still thinks I’m a Neanderthal. I have old clothes that I have to donate as well, but when I realize that they’re so old that I can’t use them as tax deductions, I continue to wear them. I think they have to literally unravel on my body for me to let them go.

  • i’m still wearing a t-shirt that is 12 years old. i guess i never grew up much. haha!

but the real reason i’m still wearing it is because then material is getting thinner. and it is very cooling.

  • i still wear pants that i’ve had for like 8 years.  goes to show that the gap rocks!  funny how some clothing lasts forever.
